Tables and Chairs – Banquet tables, round tables, pedestal tables, conference tables, and specialty tables are all available to rent. Standard folding chairs and padded garden chairs are useful for indoor or outdoor events. Dress up a chair by adding a beautiful chair cover, sash or bow.

Pipe and Drape – Pipe & Drape can be used to create vendor booths or information areas at expos, trade shows, exhibits and conventions, to help with crowd control, partition off an area, conceal inventory and more. It can also provide a simple background for displays or presentations.

Crowd Control Barriers – Crowd control barriers can be used for any event including parades, festivals, and concerts. They’re ideal for security and can be used to protect equipment, section off V.I.P. areas, beer gardens, and more.

Stages - Various sizes of stages are available to rent. Heights are adjustable, depending on your event. Options include steps, runways, handrails, ramps, skirting and backdrops.

Linens – Quality linens and skirting are available to dress up your event or promote your corporate colors. Choose from a large selection of colors and fabrics.

Fabric Décor – Fabric treatments can help you achieve dramatic results. Contrasting or complimenting colors can enhance your style and theme.

Lighting – From contemporary to festive, lighting can provide a dramatic element by setting the style and theme for your event. We can also provide simple and effective task lighting and utility lighting.

Generators – Large events require a substantial amount of electricity to power lighting, sound systems, food prep and catering equipment, electronics, and displays. Wilson Rental can supply generators and other power distribution products to help handle the additional load of electricity required to facilitate your event.

Climate Control – Heaters, fans and cooling units can provide climate control for your guests’ comfort.

Coat/Garment Racks – Coat racks help keep your guests’ coats unwrinkled and organized. Perfect for keeping fashion show garments in order. Hangers are also available.

Portable Restrooms – Portable restrooms provide additional facilities for large size events. Wilson Rental has a variety of different sizes and styles to choose from, including handicapped access restrooms.

Bullhorn/Megaphone – Lightweight and portable, this will get your guests’ attention instantly.

Public Address/Sound Systems – We have a variety of products to offer for your specific needs, including a Lectern Stand with Sound, a 300watt Sound System, and an iDJ system using your iPod so you can be your own DJ.

Catering/Food Service Equipment – Chafing dishes and hot boxes help ensure food is kept at the correct temperature. Serving equipment such as coffee pots and beverage dispensers are also available.

Portable Bars – Bars give you an additional serving option for beverages; the two-tiered models are also ideal for serving buffets.

Trash Receptacles – It’s a good idea to have a number of trash receptacles placed throughout the event. We offer the convenience of plastic garbage cans or cardboard trash containers that are compact and easy to assemble.
