Festival Tents

Consider the weather when planning your festival. The best bet is to be prepared for any type of weather. Even if rain is not an issue, you’ll want to provide some shelter from the heat and sun.

Tents are ideal for vendors, food and beverage service, entertainment, and resting/eating areas. We can supply you with tents in a variety of sizes and set ups to accommodate the various activities at your festival. They can also be customized to fit around or over any permanent structures and/or trees.

Wilson Rental has provided festival tents for many communities in the Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana regions; let our professional staff assist you in planning out the tent sizes and styles to best fit your needs.

Some suggested tents:

Beer Tents - A favorite meeting place for adults, a beer tent can also double as your entertainment tent, complete with a stage, lighting and more! We can even make accommodations for your beer truck to be able to drive and park inside the tent.

Vendor Tents - Vendor tents provide a place for vendors to exhibit their wares.

Food Service Tents – Available with or without attached shelves.

Rest Area Tents - Provide a resting/eating area for your attendees to take a break from the heat and sun or have a bite to eat.

First Aid Tent - Consider having a first aid area to tend to injuries that may happen. Be prepared to bandage minor cuts etc. Parents will remember how well prepared you were.

Entertainment Tent - Separate your entertainment tent from the exhibit area so the noise won’t be disturbing. We can supply with the stage, lighting and power distribution to make it complete.

Children’s Tent – Ideal for children’s games and storytelling or showcasing magicians, jugglers, or puppet shows.

Information Tent - Pamphlets and flyers can be distributed as visitors arrive. This could also be a central location to handle lost and found items.

Ticket Tents – For sales of tickets and wristbands.
